What this one is for
When there is no wall left, there is usually still a gap: between a wardrobe and a corner, beside a chimney breast, at the end of a run of units. This is the cabinet for it. Four shelves stacked in a slim frame hold considerably more than the frontage suggests, and the drawer takes what would fall off a narrow shelf.
Rattan keeps a slim tall piece from reading as a column of solid board, which in a small room is the difference between furniture and an obstruction. Shelves are rated to 25 lb each. Set the heaviest items in the lowest bay and fix the cabinet to the wall, because a narrow footprint gives it very little to stand on.
