Delivery and returns

How ordering works

There is no checkout on this site. Every product page links to the listing where that cabinet is sold, and the order, the payment and the delivery are handled there. That is also why the prices here match: they are read from the live listing rather than typed in by hand.

It means the terms that apply to your order are the retailer's own: their delivery window, their payment methods, their returns period, their customer service. Nothing on this page overrides them.

What arrives

Flat-pack, in one or two cartons depending on the model, with the fixings, the instruction sheet and the anti-tip hardware inside. Larger pantry cabinets and the two-piece set ship as more than one box and can arrive on different days, which is normal and not a missing item.

Check the cartons before the driver leaves if you can. Corner damage on a flat pack usually means a chipped panel edge inside, and it is far easier to resolve at the door than after assembly.

Damage and missing parts

Open every carton and lay the parts out against the sheet before you start. If a panel is damaged or a bag of fittings is missing, raise it through the order where the purchase sits, with photographs of the part and the carton. Do not part-assemble around a damaged panel; a cabinet built with a swollen or split edge cannot be taken apart again cleanly.

Returns

Returns run through the same account as the order, within the retailer's stated window. Large furniture usually has its own collection process rather than a postal return, so start the return before you dismantle anything.

Keep the carton if there is any chance the cabinet is going back. A flat pack that has been assembled and then broken down does not fit into its original box, and that is the single most common reason a return turns awkward.
