About an order, a delivery or a return
Go through the account the order was placed in. Everything to do with payment, delivery dates, damage in transit and returns lives with the order record, and any route that does not start there ends up being redirected back to it anyway.
That includes missing fittings and damaged panels on a new delivery. Photographs of the part and the carton, raised against the order, get a replacement moving faster than any message we could pass on.
About a product before you buy
Ask on the listing itself. Questions posted there are answered publicly, which means the answer stays visible to the next person asking the same thing, and it arrives attached to the exact model and finish you were looking at rather than to a family of similar cabinets.
If the question is whether a particular cabinet fits a particular space, the measuring guide on this site will get you further than any answer we could give without seeing the room.
